Kate Spade (Tapestry) — North Bend, WA: Hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Stylist to deliver personalised styling, sales and omni-channel client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish immediate rapport; demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Listen actively to understand customers’ needs and provide personalised styling advice, assembling complete looks and suggesting add‑ons.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire exploration of new styles and increase basket size.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using the POS system.
- Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organisation, inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Drive sales results through storytelling and sustained customer engagement, inviting repeat visits and building client loyalty.
- Contribute and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with the team to meet store targets and service levels.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; perform physical tasks such as regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail; experience in styling or clienteling is advantageous.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with omni‑channel/virtual selling techniques and social media awareness.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise regularly (minimum 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Prior retail sales experience required; previous styling, clienteling or luxury/lifestyle retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training is a plus.
