Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in North Bend, WA (North Bend Premium Outlets) for seasonal Spring/Summer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and act as a trusted advisor to discover and express each customer’s personal style.
- Deliver tailored styling recommendations and assemble complete looks across product categories to drive add‑on sales and basket value.
- Use storytelling and product expertise to promote the brand’s aesthetic and guide purchase decisions to a seamless transaction.
- Maintain operational standards including POS transactions, visual presentation, stockroom organization and inventory handling.
- Adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques; engage customers through social media and remote styling when required.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback, support team goals, and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak shopping periods and public holidays; perform routine physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing) as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing and working collaboratively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni‑channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment with demonstrated sales performance and customer service; experience in styling or fashion advisement is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
