Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers warmly; establish rapport and ascertain individual style preferences through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks, suggesting complementary items to increase basket value and showcase multiple ways to wear product.
• Deliver a seamless point-of-sale experience, guiding purchase decisions and ensuring proper handling of transactions and returns.
• Maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory organisation and loss-prevention practices.
• Drive sales through brand storytelling and product knowledge across all categories, meeting individual and store-level performance objectives.
• Adopt omnichannel selling techniques and support virtual/service-led client interactions when required.
• Contribute to a constructive feedback culture and collaborate proactively with team members to uphold store standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform occasional physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle categories.
• Comfort with multitasking, prioritisation and working collaboratively in a team-driven retail setting.
• Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and to perform physical tasks including regularly lifting ~25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate professional selling ability and a track record of delivering customer-focused results in a client-facing retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training or coursework in retail, fashion, or styling is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
