Kate Spade New York, New York – Temporary Part-Time Retail Stylist ($15–$24.25/hr). Provide expert styling guidance and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and trends
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Drive results through compelling storytelling and strong customer connections
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
- Embrace social media awareness and demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom
