Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and product storytelling aligned with the brand aesthetic.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and perform daily till reconciliation.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation, and assist with inventory replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures, maintain product knowledge across categories, and escalate client or operational issues to the Store Manager.
  • Contribute to store events and promotional activities, and represent the brand with impeccable grooming and professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, client-focused service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Attention to detail, numerical accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions, and reliable time management.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York location).

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury fashion or premium accessories is highly preferred.
