Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build immediate rapport while demonstrating strong knowledge of Kate Spade product categories.
- Deliver personalised styling advice, create complete looks and recommend add-on items to increase basket size.
- Actively listen and ask probing questions to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and drive exploration of the range.
- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including organization of inventory.
- Support loss-prevention and store safety procedures; assist with receiving, restocking and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail periods.
- Comfort with omni-channel selling and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles, styling or client advisory duties is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA, with easy access to Charleston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
