Kate Spade New York Temporary Retail Stylist at Great Mall, Milpitas, CA – $15.00-$24.25/hr, flexible part-time schedule
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Suggest complementary add-ons and guide customers through purchase decisions with seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback in both directions
- Embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while leveraging social media awareness
- Display physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with professional selling skills
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with luxury or lifestyle goods retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in fashion, merchandising, or related fields is advantageous.
