Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, building rapport and demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
• Provide individualised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons to increase basket size.
• Use storytelling and brand heritage to connect product attributes to customers’ lifestyles and purchase motivations.
• Execute omni-channel and virtual selling techniques when applicable; maintain active social media awareness to support client engagement.
• Operate the point of sale, process transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Work collaboratively with the team, give and receive constructive feedback, and reinforce customer returns and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work a variable retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a retail stockroom environment.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail sales role is required, ideally with demonstrable styling or consultative selling experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
