Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Actively listen and ask targeted questions to assess customer needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice; create complete looks and recommend add-ons to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire exploration of the assortment.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute smooth POS transactions and checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and replenishment.
- Meet sales objectives through storytelling, customer relationships and proactive follow-up.
- Participate in omnichannel and virtual selling activities as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with omnichannel/virtual selling and social media awareness.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with styling, personal-shopping or fashion merchandising background are preferred. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
