Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and enthusiasm to encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and high-traffic days to meet business needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
