Kate Spade in Livermore, CA seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) at San Francisco Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customer needs and create complete, on-brand looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and cross-category add-ons to maximise transaction value.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and accurately process POS transactions.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear product and promote omni-channel and virtual selling options.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback to continuously improve individual and team performance.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and holidays; perform regular physical duties (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in premium or lifestyle retail and styling is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market) and comfort engaging diverse customer profiles.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail selling experience is required; background in styling or luxury/premium retail is preferred. Demonstrated success in customer engagement and meeting sales targets is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or styling is a plus.
