Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professional poise, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct needs-based conversations; actively listen and ask insightful questions to uncover clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and recommend complementary items to elevate purchases.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products, using creativity to inspire clients and encourage exploration of new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute seamless point-of-sale transactions.
- Sustain operational excellence: maintain an organised stockroom, support merchandising standards and assist with inventory and floor replenishment.
- Support team performance by giving and receiving constructive feedback and contributing to a positive sales culture.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques as required to engage clients beyond the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication.
- Prior retail experience; luxury or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
- English proficiency (or proficiency in the market’s primary language).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
- Physically able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; experience within luxury, premium lifestyle or fashion retail is advantageous. The role expects demonstrated selling ability and customer-facing retail performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
