Kate Spade in Leesburg, VA is hiring a part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, establish rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Engage customers through active listening and targeted questions to identify needs and personal style.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary add-ons to increase basket value.
- Drive sales through storytelling and sustained customer relationships; reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
- Execute omnichannel selling techniques, assist with virtual consultations and support social selling when required.
- Maintain operational excellence: accurate POS transactions, stockroom organisation, merchandising and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Perform light to moderate physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including lifting and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience in styling or fashion retail is a strong advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; styling or luxury/fashion retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or formal training in fashion/retail is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Leesburg, Virginia, USA, with easy access to Washington, D.C..
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
