Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and brand-informed product knowledge; build rapport to assess aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice, construct complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and guide customers through a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques, assist with virtual appointments and support social media-driven customer engagement.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion or lifestyle assortments preferred.
- Comfortable learning and applying omni-channel and virtual selling practices; social media awareness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; must meet physical requirements for the role.

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or a styling/merchandising role is required; demonstrable success in customer engagement and meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, retail or visual merchandising preferred.
