Kate Spade (Las Vegas, NV) seeks a Retail Stylist (part‑time) at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer preferences and create complete looks.
- Recommend add‑on items and alternate ways to wear pieces to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual merchandising upkeep and inventory handling.
- Drive sales targets through storytelling, customer engagement and follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail experience is required, with demonstrable selling ability and customer-facing styling or advisory experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail sales is an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
