Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service and act as a trusted advisor to help clients define and refine their personal style.
- Provide styling consultations, build complete looks, and recommend complementary items to increase basket size and deepen brand affinity.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and proactive client engagement both in‑store and via omni‑channel tools.
- Execute day‑to‑day retail operations including point‑of‑sale transactions, merchandising, stockroom organization and inventory handling.
- Support visual presentation by using creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear product and rotate stock for seasonality and promotions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; assist with store tasks that require physical effort (lifting/maneuvering stock).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience; styling experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with omni‑channel selling and a willingness to learn virtual selling techniques and social media‑driven clienteling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to bend, climb and maneuver across salesfloor and stockroom.

Experience
Previous retail experience with direct selling responsibility is required; demonstrable success in client engagement, styling or fashion advisory roles is preferred. Experience using omni‑channel selling methods and familiarity with social media for customer outreach is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in fashion, merchandising or retail sales preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
