Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, demonstrating expert product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Conduct styling consultations to discover customer preferences and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Recommend add-ons and alternate ways to wear product to increase basket size and deepen client relationships.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure accurate, efficient POS transactions and checkout.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual merchandising upkeep and inventory handling.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by building trust, following up with customers and executing omnichannel selling techniques.
- Offer and receive constructive feedback, collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall store performance.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion or accessory brands.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel / virtual selling methods.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency for the market).
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
