Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests confidently, demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers’ needs and provide personalised styling advice.
- Create complete looks and suggest add-ons to increase basket size while showcasing multiple ways to wear products.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute seamless POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation of merchandise.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections; follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
- Adhere to flexible retail schedules including nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays.
- Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift ~25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre the salesfloor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role; styling or visual merchandising experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable using social media and willing to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to perform physical job requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated selling skills; experience in styling, client advising or visual merchandising is advantageous. No specific years required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising preferred.
