Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
• Conduct consultative styling sessions to help customers discover and articulate their personal style and build complete looks.
• Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and cross-category add-ons to create cohesive outfits.
• Deliver a seamless checkout experience and accurately complete POS transactions.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and replenishment.
• Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and services.
• Support omni-channel and virtual selling activities and participate in social media-driven client engagement when required.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally within fashion or accessories.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and operate effectively in a team.

Experience

Previous retail experience is required; demonstrable professional selling experience and a track record of building customer relationships and meeting sales objectives are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; retail, fashion or styling training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
