Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, build complete looks, suggest add-ons and use storytelling to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Actively listen and ask probing questions to identify customer needs and fit product recommendations to individual lifestyles.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling activities when required; assist customers through a seamless checkout process using POS systems.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation and visual presentation.
- Support team goals by giving and receiving constructive feedback and participating in sales initiatives during peak periods.
- Perform physical tasks as needed: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English (or the local market language).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail periods.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required, with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a track record of delivering customer-focused sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer service coursework is a plus.
