Kate Spade — Retail Stylist (part-time, temporary) in Halton Hills, Ontario at Toronto Premium Outlets. Hourly pay $17.60–$22.00 CAD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, establish rapport, and deliver personalised styling advice to help customers assemble complete looks integrating Kate Spade product categories.
  • Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and proactive product recommendations including cross-sell and add-on opportunities.
  • Execute omni-channel selling activities and virtual/clienteling interactions as required; stay current with social media and digital selling techniques.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom: accurate POS transactions, inventory replenishment, merchandising and stock organization.
  • Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with colleagues to support store goals and customer retention; ensure a seamless checkout and post‑purchase experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience demonstrating customer service, merchandising and point-of-sale responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively within a team-oriented retail environment.
  • Comfortable adopting omni-channel and virtual selling methods; social media awareness and willingness to learn digital tools.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
