Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warm, confident greetings and sustained relationship-building to drive sales.
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Use creative merchandising and storytelling to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and layer products.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and deliver efficient, accurate POS transactions and checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organisation, inventory handling and visual standards.
- Proactively promote add-ons and complementary categories to maximize basket value and achieve sales targets.
- Support team performance through constructive feedback, cross-selling and participation in omni-channel selling activities.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience with styling or within a fashion/apparel brand is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media, omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; willingness to learn digital tools.
- English proficiency appropriate to the market (other local language skills are an advantage).
- Physical capability to perform stockroom duties and regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion, luxury or customer-styling roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
