Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confident, personalised styling advice that aligns product suggestions to their lifestyle and aesthetic.
- Create complete looks and suggest complementary items to drive average transaction value and build long-term customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and use storytelling to connect product attributes to customer needs.
- Deliver seamless point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation and merchandising.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual engagement; promote return visits through positive reinforcement and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate within a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift routinely up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment; demonstrated track record of customer-facing sales or styling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
