Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, leveraging deep product knowledge to identify needs and preferences.
- Provide personal styling advice and assemble complete looks, recommending add-ons and complementary categories.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade product into customers’ wardrobes to drive discovery and conversion.
- Deliver excellent customer service through consultative selling, active listening and follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain operational standards including stockroom organization and visual presentation.
- Support omnichannel selling efforts (virtual selling, online order fulfillment, clienteling) and adapt to evolving retail tools and processes.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing feedback, meeting sales targets and participating in store initiatives and peak-period activities.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or client-facing sales environment.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience in a fashion or lifestyle environment is required; demonstrated ability to meet sales goals through consultative client engagement and product storytelling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certification in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.
