Kate Spade in Grapevine, Texas is hiring a Part‑time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) — $15.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, applying deep product knowledge to create personalised styling solutions.
- Listen actively to customer needs, ask discerning follow-up questions and curate complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and alternative ways to wear items to increase basket size and inspire repeat visits.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and merchandising standards.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling tools; support social media and digital selling initiatives as required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback, collaborate with the store team to meet store performance goals.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communications abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle segments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in retail, fashion or a related field is a plus.

This position is based in Grapevine, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Dallas.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
