Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade offerings into customers' existing wardrobes
• Showcase creative ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and product applications
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
• Maintain stockroom organization and execute POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building customer loyalty
• Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail experience required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
