Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge and brand expertise
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest and constructive manner
- Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team retail setting
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. Demonstrated ability to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales results is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent expected.
