Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer aesthetic, lifestyle, and purchasing needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks that encourage customer exploration
- Showcase creativity in presenting multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products to inspire customers to expand their personal style
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions using POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
- Give and receive feedback in an honest and constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness where applicable
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury lifestyle categories
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong proficiency in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
