Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Fort Worth, TX (Tanger Outlets) to provide styling, sales and omnichannel customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers’ tastes and create complete, on-brand looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and thoughtful add-on recommendations.
- Deliver an efficient, seamless checkout experience and manage POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising and inventory organization.
- Employ creative presentation techniques to showcase multiple ways to wear product and encourage exploration of new styles.
- Support omnichannel initiatives by learning and applying virtual/remote selling tactics and social selling where appropriate.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift regular loads up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle categories.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing, and collaborating within a team-driven retail setting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to adopt omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.

Prior retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate a track record of customer-facing sales or styling roles within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
