Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and authoritative product knowledge to build rapport and drive sales.
- Deliver one-to-one styling consultations: assess customer preferences, create complete looks, and recommend complementary items.
- Use creative merchandising on the sales floor to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use product assortments.
- Close sales and execute accurate POS transactions while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Support store operations including stockroom organization, inventory replenishment and visual standards.
- Adopt omni-channel selling practices (virtual selling, social media assisted sales) to convert and retain customers.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs when required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable with omni-channel retail tools and social media as a sales enabler.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs (nights, weekends, holidays) and the physical ability to handle routine stockroom tasks.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates should be able to demonstrate professional selling ability, customer-facing communication skills, and familiarity with fashion product assortments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail sales is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Estero, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
