Kate Spade (Miromar Outlets, Estero FL) seeks a part‑time Retail Stylist. Temporary role at $15–$19.50/hr—customer-facing sales, styling, and omni-channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to identify customer needs and create complete, on‑brand looks.
- Recommend add‑on items and alternative styling options to increase basket value and inspire repeat visits.
- Execute omni-channel selling techniques, including virtual appointments and social media engagement when required.
- Complete POS transactions accurately and ensure a frictionless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and KPIs.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and assist with receiving, merchandising and price‑tagging as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; styling or luxury accessory experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform collaboratively within a fast-paced team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; previous styling, luxury accessory, or boutique sales experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in fashion, merchandising, or retail sales is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Estero, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
