Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests on the sales floor with confident product knowledge and a warm, service-oriented manner.
- Deliver personalised styling advice, build complete looks, and suggest complementary items to elevate the customer wardrobe.
- Drive sales through storytelling and active selling while meeting individual and store targets.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
