Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful questions to understand their style preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and inspire customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Perform operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices whilst inviting repeat visits
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Cypress, Texas, USA, within easy reach of Houston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
