Kate Spade hiring Part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Cypress, TX — Houston Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; demonstrate thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling interactions to discover customer preferences and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade pieces.
- Drive sales through storytelling, add-on selling and proactive follow-up; guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and combine products to inspire exploration of new styles.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and stock organization.
- Support omnichannel activities and virtual selling initiatives; participate in social selling when required.
- Provide and accept constructive feedback to continuously improve individual and store performance.
- Perform physically demanding tasks as required (lifting, bending, climbing) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with fashion or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; previous selling experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
