Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident hospitality and personalised styling advice to customers, recommending complete looks and add-on purchases.
- Build customer relationships through consultative selling, active listening and storytelling to drive sales and loyalty.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience while meeting sales targets.
- Maintain floor presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards; organise and manage stockroom inventory.
- Use omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media awareness, to extend customer engagement.
- Support operational tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, loss prevention and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; fashion, accessories, or luxury retail background preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfortable with omni-channel selling and social media-driven customer engagement.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency as applicable) and legal right to work in the hiring jurisdiction.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; candidates with background in fashion, accessories or luxury retail and exposure to omni-channel selling are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
