Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple styling solutions and creative applications to encourage product exploration and elevated purchasing
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer selections and build brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through compelling brand storytelling and authentic customer connections
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives as assigned
- Embrace flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluent English proficiency
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle retail, is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion, business, or customer service training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Chesterfield, Missouri, United States, with easy access to St. Louis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
