Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warmth and authoritative product knowledge to build rapport and trust.
• Conduct discovery conversations and provide personalised styling advice to create complete looks and recommend add‑ons.
• Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine products, showcasing category breadth.
• Drive sales through storytelling, relationship building and effective conversion at point of sale.
• Manage POS transactions accurately and maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation and visual merchandising.
• Support a seamless checkout and after‑sales experience, reinforcing customer choices to encourage return visits.
• Adapt to omni‑channel and virtual selling processes as required and assist with social commerce or remote clienteling when needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform light to moderate physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience in a customer‑facing role; luxury or fashion retail preferred.
• Comfortable with omni/virtual selling techniques and social media awareness.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including high‑traffic retail days.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience delivering personalised styling or working within a fashion/lifestyle brand is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer service coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
