Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as needed
