Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade pieces
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and aesthetics
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and build brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail sales environment
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail sales environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and provide styling guidance across multiple product categories.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
