Kate Spade in Canutillo, TX seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (temporary) to deliver customer styling and sales support at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confidence, using deep product knowledge to inform recommendations.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to understand customer needs and assemble complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and pair merchandise to inspire customers and drive add-on sales.
- Manage sales transactions accurately at the POS and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation, and inventory replenishment.
- Support omnichannel selling initiatives, including virtual selling and social media-driven engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and service goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Comfort with social media platforms and a willingness to adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer-service experience is required; previous styling, luxury retail or outlet experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
