Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-time Retail Stylist in Camarillo, CA (Camarillo Premium Outlets).
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and establish rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Deliver consultative styling services: ask probing questions, suggest complementary items, and build complete looks tailored to each customer’s lifestyle.
- Drive sales through storytelling and relationship-building; convert browsing into purchases and encourage repeat visits.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire customers and increase average transaction value.
- Execute seamless checkout and POS transactions while maintaining visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Support operational tasks including inventory maintenance, stock replenishment, and keeping the sales floor presentation-ready.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; assist with high-traffic retail events.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or specialty fashion experience preferred.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) sufficient for customer engagement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Comfort with receiving and giving constructive feedback and demonstrable customer-focus competency.

Experience
Previous experience working in a retail sales or customer-facing role is required; prior experience in luxury or specialty fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
