Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Listen actively and ask targeted questions to uncover customer needs and personal style preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate creative ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless checkout and POS process.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandising and accurate POS transactions.
- Drive sales results through storytelling and strong customer relationships; invite customers to return.
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement on the sales floor.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency).
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and maintain stamina during busy retail periods.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with direct selling and customer styling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
