Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, using attentive listening to assess aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs.
- Deliver personalised styling consultations; assemble complete looks and recommend complementary items to maximise basket value.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across categories and articulate brand storytelling to convert and retain clients.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and manage a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and replenishment.
- Employ creativity to show multiple ways to wear products and coach customers on integrating pieces into their wardrobe.
- Support team objectives by giving and receiving constructive feedback and participating in store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
