Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative styling and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling techniques with social media awareness
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with customer-facing sales, styling, or advisory roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education specified.
