Kate Spade (Tapestry) in Banbridge, UK seeks a part-time Retail Stylist (Muse) to deliver personalised styling, client engagement and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and establish rapport through confident, expert product knowledge and warm service.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Listen actively to customer needs and use consultative questioning to guide purchase decisions.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ existing wardrobes.
- Deliver a smooth transactional experience at the point of sale and support inventory and stockroom organisation.
- Support visual merchandising and creative presentation on the selling floor to reflect seasonal directives.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques when required; reinforce reasons to return and cultivate client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Awareness of social media platforms and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling methods.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency where applicable).

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required; experience within fashion or lifestyle retail is advantageous. Specific years of experience are not stipulated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, styling or retail merchandising is desirable but not mandatory.
