Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Aurora, Ohio (Aurora Farms Premium Outlets). Temporary role focused on styling and sales, $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and build rapport while demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers’ tastes and create complete, coordinated looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and promotion of add-on items and new styles.
- Execute POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Maintain operational excellence: organize the sales floor and stockroom, receive and replenish inventory.
- Employ omni-channel tools and virtual selling techniques when required; engage customers via appropriate social platforms.
- Reinforce customer choices to encourage return visits and build long-term relationships.
- Perform physical tasks as needed (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs); maintain safe merchandising and stockroom practices.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is required; experience in fashion or luxury retail and prior styling or personal-shopping experience is highly relevant.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Aurora, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
