Kate Spade is hiring a Retail Stylist (part-time) in Auburn, WA at The Outlet Collection Seattle. Apply to join Kate Spade's customer-facing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer preferences and create complete looks.
- Recommend add-on items and multiple ways to wear product to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute efficient point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organization, inventory handling and visual presentation.
- Deliver storytelling-led selling to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods and peak retail events.
- Perform light physical duties as required, including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and stockroom movement.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling ability with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable learning and applying omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Social media awareness and willingness to engage with brand digital initiatives.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales, styling or consultative roles is strongly preferred. Experience with omni-channel selling and using POS systems is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
