Kate Spade New York Retail Stylist (part-time, temporary) in Atlanta, GA — Lenox Square Mall. Customer-facing role focused on styling, sales and omni-channel clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and confidence, demonstrating thorough product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through story-driven clienteling and by leveraging omni-channel selling techniques (in-store and virtual).
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure a streamlined, high-quality checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation, and inventory replenishment.
- Listen actively to customer needs, ask insightful questions, and follow up to cultivate repeat business.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and assist with routine stock handling and merchandising tasks.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience, preferably within fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending and navigating sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Demonstrated retail experience with a proven track record in face-to-face selling and client advisory roles; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred. Comfortable using omni-channel sales approaches and learning virtual selling tools.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
