Kate Spade seeks a Part-Time Associate III (Retail Stylist) in Woodbridge, VA to deliver styling, sales and customer service at Potomac Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport; exercise strong product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
- Deliver personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade assortments across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest relevant add-ons, and close transactions accurately at the POS.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and combine product assortments to expand customer preferences.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling activities and adapt to social-media-driven customer engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as applicable).
- Ability to perform required physical duties and comply with ADA accommodation processes when needed.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; demonstrable customer-facing sales performance and familiarity with visual merchandising and POS operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
