Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and establish rapport; demonstrate confident product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to discover customers’ tastes and create complete looks, including add-on recommendations.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear product assortments and inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Drive sales through relationship-building, personalized recommendations and effective closing techniques.
- Deliver seamless transaction experiences via POS and ensure sales floor and checkout operations run smoothly.
- Maintain operational standards: stockroom organization, inventory replenishment and visual merchandising support.
- Adopt omni-channel selling practices, including social and virtual selling, to engage customers across touchpoints.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in fashion or accessories preferred.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language proficiency) and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Able to perform physical duties associated with retail operations (lifting, bending, stocking).
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with background in fashion, accessories, or luxury retail are preferred. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales or styling roles is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework or certifications considered a plus.

Compensation
